In a moment of pride for Goa, Hon’ble Minister of Tourism, Government of Goa, Shri Rohan A. Khaunte, has been honored with the “Excellence in Tourism Leadership” award at the Today’s Traveller Awards by Hon’ble Justice, Shri Kurian Joseph. This prestigious accolade highlights his visionary leadership in promoting Goa as a top global tourism destination and his commitment to sustainable practices and pioneering efforts in advancing Regenerative Tourism has truly set a benchmark, positioning Goa as a leader in this vital sector.
Adding to the accolades, Goa Tourism was recognized as the “Best State for Regenerative Tourism” under the Domestic Tourism category at the Today’s Traveller Awards 2024. Mr. Vikas S. Kamble, GCS, Deputy Resident Commissioner, Government of Goa, graciously accepted the award on behalf of Goa Tourism.
